Ms Julieann Breese is a highly regarded Business Consultant and Results coach, MYOB expert, Professional Trainer and Associate member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. With a strong background in business management, accounting and IT she has been empowering SME's and entrepreneurs in Sydney and London for over 20 years. Her company Breese Dynamics specialises in business health assessment; business strategy review; accounting audits; HR & recruitment; coaching; project & event management; and professional training.
Julieann also has a great passion for the Arts and has a keen eye for Aboriginal works and has often advised clients and friends for their personal collection. Presently undertaking her Bachelor of Arts, Indigenous Studies program at UNISA which she hopes to complete by 2012. Julieann has worked with NFP's such as NSW Reconciliation Council and is a current board member for South Sydney Youth Services based in Waterloo, NSW.
Mr Peter Fritz, AM, DipTech Science, Bachelor (Math), DipTech Commerce (NSWIT), MDR (UTS), MACS, FASA, FIEA, Group Managing Director, TCG Group, Managing Director, Global Access Partners (GAP)
Peter Fritz is Managing Director of TCG, a diverse group of companies which over the last quarter of a century produced many breakthrough discoveries in computer and communication technologies. In 1993 some of the sixty-five companies in the Group were publicly floated on the Australian Stock Exchange as TechComm Group Limited. Another ex TCG Company floated on the New York Stock Exchange in November 97 for US600M, making it the largest technology company to be established in Australia until that time. The TCG model of corporate structure is now part of many university undergraduate and Masters' programmes in Business Management in Australia and around the world. Peter Fritz chairs a number of influential government and private enterprise boards and is active on the international arena including having represented Australia on the OECD Small Medium Size Enterprise committee. He is the holder of six degrees and professional qualifications. He is a recipient of the Order of Australia and many other honours.
Ms Marie Fox, Marie commenced with NAPCAN in January 2005 as Marketing and Income Development Manager, and was Acting Executive Officer from May 2007 to February 2008. Marie was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Volunteering NSW, the peak body for volunteering, the School of Volunteer Management and the National Centre for Citizenship.
Marie has over fifteen years experience in the community sector. She joined Volunteering NSW in 1992 in a development capacity where she helped increase the infrastructure, support and promotion of volunteering in the State. During this time she was heavily involved in the highly successful for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Volunteer Program.
Marie is still a prominent voice on volunteering issues in Australia. She maintains strong links with her international counterparts in order to stay abreast of developments worldwide, particularly in the areas of volunteering and now in the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
Ms Lisa Miller, Bachelor of Business UTS (Double Major - Marketing and Law), Diploma in Psychology, School of Psychology, Advanced Certificate in Public Relations and Advertising, Sydney TAFE, Member of Fundraising Institute of Australia, Associate of the Australian Marketing Institute, Associate member Market Research Association of Australia.
With over 21 years experience in marketing, publicity, research, events and launch campaigns, Lisa Miller is the former director of MadDog Marketing. Her experience covers a number of senior positions held in the public relations industry where she gained a wealth of experience in consumer and business marketing. In addition, Lisa spent two years as a market researcher conducting both qualitative and quantitative surveys.
Since 1999, Lisa has worked closely with a number of charitable organisations evaluating their current activities, and then formulating strategic plans in publicity and fundraising. She has specialised in the design and development of a number of Non-Profit Marketing and Cause Related Marketing Programs for corporations. Lisa continues to work with these organisations in the formulation and implementation of their programs.
Dr. Colin A. Sharp, Managing Director, P.E.R.S.O.N.A.L. (Research & Evaluation) Consultancy Pty Ltd, Adelaide and Managing Director at Education Development Brokers: Graduate Qualifications Advisors. Dr Sharp has over 33 years experience in research and over 25 years experience in evaluation practice and teaching. He is a former President of the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES); and a Fellow (2003) of the AES www.aes.asn.au/fellows . Dr Sharp was Co-Editor of the Evaluation Journal of Australasia and has been recognised with the ET&S Award www.aes.asn.au/awards, from the Australasian Evaluation Society, for outstanding contribution to evaluation in Australasian (1992). He is Principal Author or Co-Author on many consultancy reports, papers and booklets including: Australian Youth Foundation (AYF) Booklet: START - Do-It-Yourself Evaluation Manual and Evaluating Injury Prevention Initiatives: Annotated Bibliography published on the internet.
Ms Magdalena Toth, head of leveraged and SAAS services for the Asia Pacific region for The Palladium group, a global strategy implementation consultancy focused on the Balanced Scorecard. Prior to her work at Palladium, she spent thirteen years managing various businesses internationally for Microsoft and Oracle corporations. In these roles, she had responsibility for driving business growth, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategy for technology products in emerging and mature markets. She has excellent understanding of business drivers, customer needs, organisational capabilities and market opportunities and mixes these with strong operational and lean process development skills. Prior to her engagement in the private sector, Ms. Toth spent three years with the Australian Federal Government’s Department of Social Security, managing and auditing the implementation of the government’s multicultural policy to ethnic and aboriginal customers. She worked closely with community representatives and developed social support programs and consultative forums to feed back on the effectiveness of the government’s multicultural policies. These roles have provided her with first hand understanding of the impact of governmental social policies on individuals and communities. Magdalena has also been involved in the not for profit sector. As an ex-Olympic team member and international athlete, she set up, managed and coached a sporting organization for which she received a Sports Australia Award, Certificate of Outstanding Performance as Administrator of the Year and an Australian Institute of Sports, Elite Coaching Award. Ms. Toth holds a BA from the University of Illinois, specializing in Anthropology, Psychology and Political Science and an MBA from the University of New England. She lives in Sydney.
